Farmer

  1. Certified Agricultural Producer (if applicable to product):

i. Certified Producer's Certificate from Agriculture Commissioner's office

ii. State Nursery Stock license or nursery stock exemption license

iii. Avocado Exemption Permit (for current season)

vi. Organic Certification and documentation from Certifying Agency

v. State Organic Registration

iv. Egg Handlers Certification and Flock Registration

 

Cooked Foods

  1. Non-Certified Agricultural Producer:

i. Vendors are responsible for meeting the requirements of the County Health Agency that issues their permit at the market

ii. These permits are known as Temporary Food Facilities (TFF’s)

iii. Vendors must provide their own three compartment sink

 

Prepackaged Foods

  1. Non-Certified Agricultural Producer:

i. Vendors are responsible for meeting the requirements of the County Health Agency that issues their permit at the market

ii. These permits are known as Temporary Food Facilities 2 (TFF2’s)

 

Mobile Food Facilities/Truck

  1. Non-Certified Agricultural Producer:

i. Vendors are responsible for meeting the requirements of the County Health Agency that issues their permit at the market

ii. These permits are known as Mobile Food Facilities (MFF’s)

 

(Do not obtain permits until an approval letter is given by Coastal Pacific, LLC.)
